Special Powers: She can cats five spells,one more than her sister. She can increase her speed (as greatly as allowed, maybe bringing up her wingpower by 5.0 when flying.), make golden streaks in the sky, she can also make lights with her tail and horn, when her sister jumps through time she can see whats happening(if allowed), and levitating objects. She is also trying to learn more spells.
